Introduction

It is a quick and easy way for me to meet my veggie requirement for the day. Plus I love the look on peoples’ faces when I pour it into a cup at work. Cracks me up every time! It is a quick and easy way for me to meet my veggie requirement for the day. Plus I love the look on peoples’ faces when I pour it into a cup at work. Cracks me up every time!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Spinach bunch
    1 cucumber
    1 parsley or cilantro 1/2 bunch( 10springs)
    5 stalks of celery (take two of them from the heart)
    2 apples( 2 Cups)- only remove the core and stem-then chop
    1 pear-(1 Cup)only remove the core and stem-then chop
    1 lemon juiced
    2 C water-more for thick, less for thinner consistency

Directions

Blend the apple, pear and lemon juice with 1/2c of the water. Liquefy until no longer chunky. Pour into bowl or pitcher.

Blend the cucumber with 1/4c of the water. Liquefy until no longer chunky. Pour into container with previous ingredients.

Blend celery with 1/4c of the water. Liquefy until no longer chunky. Pour into container with previous ingredients.

Blend spinach, parsley or cilantro with remainder of the water until no longer chunky. Pour into the container with previous ingredients.

Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
