In my household, we have about 5 people to feed a night. Plus, we love to have leftovers for lunch the next day, my meals are large. I originally had this recipe on here, and my family loved it. Since then, i have played with different ideas and have since made it not only healthier, but so much tastier as well. In my household, we have about 5 people to feed a night. Ingredients

9 Lasagna Noodles
2lb Ground Turkey Meat
2 16oz Jars of Speghetti Sauce
2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Cups Cottage Cheese
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Cream Cheese
1 tbsp Garlic
Tips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Brown meat
In a bowl, mix the speghetti sauce, meat, and garlic until all is mixed together smoothly.
In another mixing bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream and cream cheese together. Microwave on high for 1 minute. When cheese and silky add 1 cup Mozzerella and the 2 cups cottage cheese to the mixture and mix until smooth.
LAYERING
Layer the bottom of the dish with about 1 cup speghetti meat sauce
Lay Noodles vertically down the pan.
Add 1 cups cheese mixture
Layer 1.5 cups speghetti sauce
Repeat
Top with the rest of the cheese mix, the meat speghetti sauce, and finally with the rest of the mozzerella.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from over cautiously as item will be hot!
Let stand for 15 - 30 minutes and serve to your liking! :)
