Introduction

I hate Oatmeal, but this is actually delicious, and it adds fruits and dairy in for a healthier start to the day. I hate Oatmeal, but this is actually delicious, and it adds fruits and dairy in for a healthier start to the day.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Packet of Instant Oatmeal
    4 ounces of Yogurt
    0.5 Cups of Frozen Berries
    .5 Cups of Skim Milk
    2 Tsp of Sugar

Directions

Put Oatmeal, Frozen Berries, Milk and Sugar in a microwaveable safe bowl. Microwave for 1:30 minutes on high. Remove from the microwave. Stir in the Yogurt.
Enjoy!
