Ingredients

    1 cup good mayonnaise
    1 cup sour cream
    1 packed cup fresh basil, chopped
    1 bunch (about 1 cup) scallions, green and white parts, chopped
    2-3 cloves garlic, minced
    Juice of 2 lemons
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

Directions

Blend all ingredients EXCEPT sour cream in blender until smooth. Add in sour cream and blend until just incorporated. Keep in jar in fridge for up to three weeks.

Serving Size: Makes 3-1/2 cups dressing, or 28 2-Tbsp servings
