    1 cup blueberries (frozen)
    3 cutie mandarin oranges (peeled)
    1 large carrot, cut in large pieces
    2 bananas (frozen, chopped)
    2 Tbsp shelled hemp seeds
    1 Tbsp chia seeds
    2 cups fresh organic spinach
    1 cup chopped kale
    2 tsp bee pollen granules
    1 cup water
