Mahi Mahi Treasures from the sea, 8 oz Chili powder, 0.75 tsp Salsa Tostitios chunky mild, 0.5 cup Cole slaw mix Fresh Express, 1 cup (or fresh cabbage) Sour cream Breakstone, 0.25 cup Cilantro, dried, 2 tbsp Tortillas 6" corn Shur Fresh, 8 serving
Heat grill (I use George Forman grill). Sprinkle chili powder over fish & spoon 1/4 cup of the salsa over fish & let stand 10 minutes. Combine cole slaw (or cabbage) with remaining salsa, sour cream & cilantro in bowl & mix well. Grill fish salsa side up for 8 to 10 minutes without turning until fish is opaque. Slice fish into thin strips or cut into chunks. Fill warm tortillas with fish & cole slaw mixture.
