Apples and Cinnamon, baked

Introduction

Like having baked apple pie without the fat and crust. Like having baked apple pie without the fat and crust.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    350 gr apples (granny smith, cored and sliced)
    1 T cinnamon
    2-3 pks Splenda

Directions

Core and slice apples. Stir in cinnamon and spenda. Microwave on high for 5 minutes (stirring once or twice while cooking).

Serve warm as a side dish or dessert

Serving Size: Makes Two (2) approximately 6-oz servings
