Tuna Fish Sandwich

Ingredients

    1 can solid whte tuna draned, 5 oz
    3 tbsp mayo, light
    1.5 tsp pickle relish
    2-3 tbsp onion
    3 tbl lettuce
    4 slices wheat bread, 45 cal slice
    salt and pepper (optional)

Directions

drain tuna place in bowl and break apart good, mix in remaming ingreadients and mix well.

Toast bread and put on tuna.

Serving Size: makes 2 tuna sandwiches
