Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Beans, fava, 400 grams
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped
    Feta Cheese, 50 grams
    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    *Cumin powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Open the FOUL(fava bean) can in a sause pan and heat for 2 min. Add the tomato and the cucumber and simmer to another 2 min. season with the satl and the cumin powder.

Serves on a plate with the feta cheese crumbled on top and add the sesame oil.

You can eat it with bread and Humus paste or Tahini.(not incl in the ingredient)
