Crockpot Salsa Chicken

Introduction

One pot easy meal...add the sour cream just before serving and you are good to go. One pot easy meal...add the sour cream just before serving and you are good to go.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast (can be frozen)
    2 cups of mango salsa
    1 pkg of reduced sodium taco seasoning
    1 can of reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups of whole kernel corn
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream

Directions

Put all the indgredients in crockpot except sour cream
Cook on low for 6-8 hours (adjust based on your cooker)
Stir in sour cream, cook for 30 mins
Turn off heat
Serve over rice or noodles.
