Roasted Pumpkin Seeds - Brown Sugar Spice

Ingredients

2 cups pumpkin seeds or pepitas
1 tablespoon EVOO
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1½ teaspoons ground allspice
1 tablespoon water
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 300°F.
2) Combine pumpkin seeds, EVOO and seasoning blend listed under ingredients.
3) Spread in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Toast until the seeds are golden and crunch, about 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes about 16 ounce servings or 2 tablespoons each
