2 cups pumpkin seeds or pepitas
1 tablespoon EVOO
2 tablespoons Maple Grove Farms
Vermont Sugar-free Syrup, Maple Flavor
1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon sea salt
2) Combine pumpkin seeds, EVOO and seasoning blend listed under ingredients.
3) Spread in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Toast until the seeds are golden and crunch, about 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
