Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 2 cup
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
Beans, black, 1 cup
Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)
Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Beef, top sirloin, 1 piece
Directions
Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
In a gallon zip lock bag, combine three slices of beef and three medium potatoes (washed and cut into eighths) along with a packet of Italian Seasoning Mix and two tbsp vegetable oil. Close, shake/mix and pour into the pot.
Add two cups of beef broth.
Add black beans and green beans (both drained).
Lightly sprinkle green beans with onion powder.
Cover and set on Low for many many hours...
