    brown rice (1 cup cooked), .5 serving (remove)
    Milk, 1%, .33 cup (remove)
    American Cheese, 3 slice (3/4 oz) (remove)
    hannaford parmesean cheese, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Mixed dried vegetables (dry weight, average), 50 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

cook rice
heat milk on stove and melt cheese in it. Combine the dried vegetables with the water when cooking the rice.
add cheese sauce to the rice mixture and serve
