Banana nut Muffins

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 3/4 C all purpose flour
    1/3 C sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    3 bananas (mashed)
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 C milk (I substituted almond milk)
    1/4 C cooking oil (can substitute applesauce)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 C walnuts

Directions

Combine & mix flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt. Combine egg, milk & oil & bananas. Combine all at once to flour mixture. Spoon into greased muffin pans

Bake in 400 oven for 20 minutes

Serving Size: makes 24 muffins
