Introduction

pop it in the slow cooker n forget it! pop it in the slow cooker n forget it!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    fire roasted diced tomatoes 3 cans
    campbell's tomatoe juice from concentrate 3 cups
    extra lean ground beef 1lb
    1 small onion
    1 poblano pepper
    chili powder to taste
    pepper to taste
    3 packets fiber plus splenda

Directions

brown hamburger with onion, poblano, and pepper.
open cans of tomatoes, tomatoe juice, and kidney beans and place in slow cooker on low- high heat depending on how long you have to allow it to cook. Stir in 3 packets of splenda, once meat is browned drain and add in with sauce. add more chili powder and pepper according to preference and allow to simmer for 4-8hrs. The longer, the slower the better.

Serving Size: makes about 12 1.5 cup servings
