* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large whole (3" dia)
* Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
* 2 Garlic cloves, minced
* Basil, 2 tbsp
* Pepper, black, 2 dash
* Salt, 1 dash
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, .75 cup
Directions
cut tomatoes in half and place face-up in greased baking dish.
mix all other ingredients in bowl and spread evenly over tomato halves.
bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
