Irish Tea Biscuits

Introduction

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 C white flour
    1 C wheat flour
    3/4 C sugar (can sub Splenda and cut calories)
    3 TBS baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 C rainsins
    4 TBS butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 C milk


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Cut in butter till mixture is like small peas. Add raisins. Beat eggs with milk. Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix. Place on floured surface and knead with additional flour till you get a stiff consistency. Roll out dough and cut with round cutter. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 350* oven for 20 - 25 mins.
