Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Seitan, 1.5 cup finely chopped
    Grapes, .75 cup, seedless, quartered
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Ginger Root, .5 tsp, minced
    Curry powder, .5 tsp, more if you like the taste
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp, more if you like the taste
    Veganaise, 4 tbsp, more or less depending on your creamy preference. Can also substitue Olive Oil Mayo if you are not vegan.

Directions

No cooking, just chop, mix and serve!

Serving Size: Makes a big scoop (almost 1/2 cup) for a sandwich or salad topping.
