Introduction

This coleslaw combines fresh and dried fruits, nuts then combined with veggies in a creamy spicey dressing. This coleslaw combines fresh and dried fruits, nuts then combined with veggies in a creamy spicey dressing.

Ingredients

    4 Cabbage, fresh, shredded
    1 cup Carrots, raw, shredded
    1/4 cup Raisins
    1/4 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    1 medium Apple, diced
    1/2 cup Celery, raw, diced
    3 tlbs. Hellmann's Mayonaise
    1/2 tsp. creamed horseradish
    1/2 tsp. yellow or grained mustard

Directions

Shred in food processor or hand grater, cabbage & carrot.
Dice apple and celery
Add raisins and craisins
Combine creamed horseradish and mustard with the mayonnaise. Mix in with all ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
