Brown Rice and Turkey Casserole

Introduction

This is a great receipe that will keep you full all night long!! This is a great receipe that will keep you full all night long!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups cut-up turkey or chicken

    2 1/4 cups boiling water

    1/3 Cup Milk

    1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)

    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 98% fat free

    1 Cup brown rice or wild rice

    Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Garlic, Parsley to taste if not using wild rice with seasoning packet

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients, including seasoning or seasoning packet if using wild rice instead of brown rice. Put in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Cover and bake 1 hour for wild rice, 2 hours for brown rice. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed.

Serving Size: Makes 6 Servings
