2- 9"single pie crust
3 oz deer meat
3 oz moose meat
3 oz lean pork
3 oz lean beef
1.5 cup potatoes
3 tbsps onions
- Boil meat until well cooked, cut very fine or pass in meat grinder, mix in raw onions. Set aside in refrigerator.
- Boil potaoes, once cooked, mash them but without milk or butter. Mix into meat mixture. Salt and pepper can be added to taste or even Mrs Dash spices.
- Put into pie crust and cover with other one. Make small slashes into top crust to let heat circulate when cooking.
- Cook in a 350 F oven. Serve with vegetables or a nice toss salad.
