Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 can pumpkin
    3 eggs
    2 cup corn meal (polenta)
    1 cup splenda
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 container babyfood prunes
    1 apple, diced
    1/4 cup chopped dates
    cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger to taste

Directions

preheat to 350 and PAM a glass square baking dish.

mix all together, turn out into dish, bake until firm, maybe 40 minutes or so, depending on your oven.

Serving Size: makes 16 little squares
