Introduction

Using the broth from Slowcooker and veggies left over (Yams-Squash), you can make a delicous soup for lunch the next day! Serve 8 cups Using the broth from Slowcooker and veggies left over (Yams-Squash), you can make a delicous soup for lunch the next day! Serve 8 cups
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups of broth (I use the broth from cooking pork chops in slowcooker - with 2 tbsn Light French Dressing and 1 tbsn of Jamaican jerk sauce and veggies)
    1 Cup Baked yams
    1 Cup Squash (cooked)
    1/3 Cup of wild rice
    2 large tomatoes
    1/2 Dry mix Lipton Onion Soup
    Water and herbs to taste

Directions

Put all together and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook for 60min (until wild rice is fully cook).

Serve.

Serving Size: 8 serving of 1 cup
