Introduction

All the flavor with less fat and less sodium!! This recipe actually has less sodium than the nutritional info states, because I drained the tuna, then rinsed it well under running water and drained well again. Ingredients

    4 cans Nature's Promise light tuna in water
    3 T Hellman's mayo
    3 T nonfat Greek yogurt
    2 T dill relish
    4 t Westbrae No Salt Added mustard
    3/4c diced celery
    onion powder, pepper, Kirkland's organic no salt seasoning

Directions

This recipe actually has less sodium than the nutritional info states, because I drained the tuna, then rinsed it well under running water and drained well again.

Drain, rinse, and drain again the tuna, and add to bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix together.

Enjoy over shredded lettuce or with carrots and celery, or in a sandwich or on top of GG Scandinavian Crisp Bread.
