Creamy Chicken Florentine

Made with Cooking Creme from Philadelphia Cream Cheese Made with Cooking Creme from Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 LB Boneless, skinless Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1/2 cup halved red pepper pieces
    1 pkg (6 oz) baby spinach leaves
    1 tub (10 oz) Philadelphis Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
    2 cups hot cooked penne pasta
    2 Tbsp toated Pine Nuts (optional, not included in calorie total)

Directions

Cook chicken and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5-6 minutes or until chicken is done.. Add spinach, cook and 2-3 minutes or until wilted. Drain all but 1 Tbsp of liquid.

Add cooking creme; cook and stir 3 minutes.

Stir in pasta; top with nuts desired.
