Apple Beet Green Shake

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 peeled cubed granny smith apples
    8 leaves beet greens
    8 leaves romaine lettuce
    1 T. agave syrup
    1 oz. broccoli sprouts
    1 small cucumber, peeled
    1 T. coconut oil
    12 ounces water

    Blend well -
    Add:
    1 22 gram serving/scoop of Garden of Life Raw Protein Powder
    Add more Filtered Water to make approx. 48 ounces.

    Pour into Pitcher w/ Closing lid, refrigerate.

    Makes 8 - 8oz, servings, but go ahead and have two! It's fresh, healthy, raw, and low-cal, low-fat!

Directions

Blend in regular blender, adding the water to make 48 ounces.
Add more sweetener if needed.
