Cauliflower, raw, 5 cup (remove)
96% Extra Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .75 cup, shredded (remove)
Peas, canned, 1 cup (remove)
*Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, 2 large (remove)
Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup (remove)
Corn Starch, 2 teaspoons (remove)
Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 114 grams (remove)
worchestershire sauce 1 table spoon
Make Mashed cauliflower with 4 oz (114 grams) of fat free cream cheese and 1/4 cut of cheddar cheese set aside \
Cut carots, and onions in to chuncks ( not diced) add seasonings (Regular pepper, italian herbs to taste, red pepper or cayane pepper up to taste or 1/4 Teaspoon)
Roast carots and onions in a 425 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until carots can be forked.
Brown Hamburger while carots and onions roast.
Mix Broth, worchestershire sauce, and corn starch
Stir the liquid mixture into the beef and simmer over a mid. heat until rich and bubbly (It should begin to slightly thicken.
Mix in pea, greenbeans, and roasted veggies into beef mix.
Poor beef mix into bottom of casarole dish top with mashed cauliflower and top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
Back in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until the top cheese and or cauliflower is golden brown to taste.
