This is an intro to fall veggie/chicken noodle soup This is an intro to fall veggie/chicken noodle soup
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    16 oz cooked skinless chicken breast
    6oz cooked whole wheat pasta
    4 cups frozen mixed vegatables
    4 cups canned tomatoes
    12 cups water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook chicken breast, remove from water and set aside to cool. Add pasta, frozen veggies and canned tomatoes to chicken stock, cook until pasta is al dente. Shred chicken and add it to the stock, salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 14, 1 cups servings
