Sour Cream Banana Muffins

Ingredients

    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 egg
    1 c. white flour
    1c ww flour
    1 tea soda
    1/2 c reduced fat sour cream
    4 ripe banana
    1 tea vanilla or banana flavoring
    1/2 c nuts, chopped(optional)

Directions

Beat sugar and butter until light. Add egg, beat until smooth. Add flour and soda alternately with sour cream. Add bananas, vanilla (or banana flavoring) and nuts. Makes 18 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
