Introduction

Perfect for a Sunday brunch! Multiple to make as many servings as necessary. Perfect for a Sunday brunch! Multiple to make as many servings as necessary.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 T. Olive Oil
    1/8 c. chopped green pepper
    1/8 c. chopped red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/8 t. garlic powder
    3 slices turkey bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces
    3 egg whites
    1/4 c. part-skim mozzarella cheese
    pepper to taste

Directions

1. Heat oil in skillet. Add peppers, onions, garlic powder, and bacon.

2. Cook until vegetables are tender and bacon is browned.

3. Add egg whites, and stir constantly until eggs are thoroughly cooked.

4. Sprinkle cheese on top, mix until melted. Add pepper to taste and enjoy!
