Lentil Soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    3 carrots
    2.5 cups chopped cauliflower
    3 tsp chicken bullion (this can be omitted if you dont want to use it)
    2 cups dry lentils
    Sea salt (wasn't in the system, so I just put regular salt in the recipe ingredients) The only difference is sea salt is lower in sodium and doesnt have iodine.
    freshly ground black pepper
    8 cups water

Directions

put 8 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil.
add lentils, chopped carrots and cauliflower, and spices.
turn heat down to low, and let it sit with the lid tilted for about 20 minutes.
thats it.

Serving Size: makes 13 1 cup servings
