IntroductionVery rich and yummy! Very rich and yummy!
1 cup Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 lb butter (1/2 lb=1 Cup or 2 sticks)
1/4 tsp Maple, Almond, or Vanilla extract
1 bag chocolate chips -Milk chocolate or Semi-Sweet
(can use 1/2 bag of each also)
1 cup Finely chopped almonds (or nut of your preference)
Meanwhile, put chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
Using a toothpick, dip the center into the chocolate, and then roll it into the chopped nuts. Refridgerate when finished.
Serving Size: makes approximately 120 1 inch balls
