*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 2 cup (remove)
Wild Rice, 1.5 cup (remove)
Shallots, 5 tbsp chopped (remove)
Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup (remove)
Apples, fresh, 3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
Olive Oil, .75 cup (remove)
Honey, .25 cup (remove)
*Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)
*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 8 tsp (remove)
Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)
mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, dijon and garlic, pour over rest and mix well....
Serving Size: makes approx. 24- 1/2 cup servings
