Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb ground beef
    1 tsp garlic or 1 minced garlic clove
    1 (28 oz) can tomatoes- diced best
    1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp sugar
    1 1/2 tsp oregano
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp basil
    8-12 oz spaghetti noodles, dry
    1-2 C mozzarella cheese
    1/3 C Parmesan cheese


    Cook hamburger and garlic in a pan, drain fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, sauce, sugar, oregano, salt and basil. Bring meat mix to boiling and then gently for 20 minutes. While boiling, cook spaghetti noodles. Remove meat from heat. Add spaghetti noodles. Put half of mix in 9 x 13. Sprinkle Parmesan over mixture. Add rest of mix and top with mozzarella cheese. cover with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes at 370 degrees.
