Introduction

I used to work in a locally owned pizza shop, and this was one of my favorite combinations of pizza. Ingredients

    1 Boboli 8in pizza crust (regular or whole wheat)
    1-2 tbsp Classico Traditional Sweet Basil sauce (or any pasta/pizza sauce you choose)
    2 tbsp of low fat/fat free mozzerella cheese
    2-3 thinly sliced tomatos
    chopped onion to your liking
    2oz baby spinach

    oregano to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pull out one Boboli 8 inch pizza crust, spread sauce working from the middle out, sprinkle cheese over the sauce. Slice tomotos, very thin, and place them on the cheese, then place baby spinach down. Chop onions and put desired amount on pizza. Sprinkle with oregano. Place the pizza on and oven safe tray and cook for about 12-15 minutes. Pull the pizza out and let cool, slice and enjoy!
