Introduction

o.k its a bit strange sounding and it does have a texture of okra, but it tastes good. o.k its a bit strange sounding and it does have a texture of okra, but it tastes good.

Ingredients

    avocado 1
    okra 1 small bag
    lemon juice
    cround coriander
    ghee
    cheddar grated to serve.

Directions

Cut up the okra and fry in the ghee. its stcky klike normal, add a little salt. add the avocado pureed and mix quickly. add enough stck to cover and simmer 10 minutes.sprinkle in a little gound coriander to taste and a dash of lemon juice,
Blitz with a stick blender and serve topped with grated cheese or some coriander leaves.
