Introduction

This is a Mediterranean-ish flavor tuna salad! It is great on tortillas, in a sandwich or just over greens!!! This is a Mediterranean-ish flavor tuna salad! It is great on tortillas, in a sandwich or just over greens!!!

Ingredients

    1 can tuna
    1 can black beans
    1 can red beans (not kidney)
    1 can of corn
    1 bell pepper
    green onions
    lemon juice
    parsley
    you can add if you like them: olives and fancy hard cheese of your choice

Directions

Open and rinse everything in a can, dump it all in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Chop Parsley and green onions finely, add to bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and any other items you desire. Mix, refrigerate and store!

Serving Size: divide in half - or forths :)
