Out of Control Breakfast Burrito

Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 medium eggs
    mayo for the buritto if you like it, none if you dont
    Alfalfa sprouts, 0.50 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    1/4 an onion, chopped
    1/4 a green pepper, chopped
    2 cooked slices of turkey bacon
    1 - La Tortilla Factory Ivory Teff Gluten Free Tortillas
    1 half a tomato, sliced
    Cheese, Dairy-Free, Daiya, Cheddar Style, 0.50 serving
    salt, pepper, to taste.

Directions

Heat up the oil in the pan and then saute the chopped onions, peppers and garlic. While that is cooking, mix up the eggs. Pour eggs over the contents of the skillet and wait for it to bubble. In the mean time, add ingredients to the teff wrap. Once bubbles come up in the center of the omelet, flip it and let it cook through. Then add it to the top of the burrito, wrap and go. Its better to split this one in half. Its a lot for one person.

Serving Size: should be 2 servings
