Introduction

Grandma's Deer Soup Grandma's Deer Soup
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Tomato Soup 1 or 2 quarts
    Carrots 2 cups chopped
    Celery 1.5 cups chopped
    Peas (optional) 1 cup
    Potato to taste
    Venison whatever comes off the soup bone
    Water, enough to boil the bones

Directions

Cover soup bones with water until completely submerged. Boil soup bones until meat is done. Approximatly 1 hour. leave the cover off the kettle. While bones are boiling. Cut veggies up. When bone is done remove from water (now broth) and let set out to cool. Pour the veggies in the broth to boil. Pull the meat off the bones and add to broth. Boil down until veggies are done and a little thick. Add Ggrandmas tomato soup. stir add in 2 handfuls of noodles.

Serving Size: makes 10 2 cups servings
