Mahi Mahi in orange sauce

Ingredients

    Mahi Mahi Treasures from the sea, 8 oz
    Vinegar apple cider White House, 1/2 cup
    Sugar organic Florida Crystals, 1/2 cup
    Orange Juice Minute Maid, 4 oz

Directions

Spray baking pan with olive oil & set aside. Wash & pat dry fish & put in baking pan. Mix ingredients thoroughly & spoon some over fish. Put in 400 degree oven & bake about 20 minutes if fish is frozen or 5 to 10 minutes if fresh fish. Constantly spoon sauce over fish during cooking & just before serving.
