Ingredients

    1 can boneless, skinless, salmon
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 T. chopped red pepper
    1 good slice red onion, chopped
    good sprinkling of chia seed
    1 small/med carrot, shredded
    1 fat T. mayo
    1 fat T. non fat yogurt
    Pepper to taste

Directions

just throw altogether, enjoy!

Serving Size: I toast my sandwish thin, then have 2 open faced sandwiches
