2 pounds of Lean Ground Turkey Breast
2 Cups of Salsa
1 Cup of Frozen Corn
1 Can Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 Cup Cottage Cheese 1% equally divided
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
6 Soft Whole Wheat Tortillas
Spray a 9x9 baker with cooking spray, put 1/3 of your meat mixture on the bottom, a 1/3 of your cottage cheese on top of that, 1/3 of your cheddar cheese, take a tortilla fold it in half and put on top of the mix. Repeat 2 times. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and dinner is served.
