Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Coleslaw mix- 16 ounces
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 pound, minced
    Pork Shoulder, 1 pound
    Hoisin Sauce, 1/2 cup
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Cornstarch, 14.8 grams
Mu Shu wrappers (Menlo), 20 wrappers

Directions

1)Slice the pork shoulder into VERY thin strips (the thinner the better). Mix with hoisin sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce, and let marinate for 15 minutes.
2) While the pork is marinating, put the coleslaw and mushrooms in the slow cooker.
3) When the pork is done marinating, add it to the coleslaw mix, and stir to combine.
4) Cook on high for 4 -5 hours, or low for 8-9 hours.
5) Fill wrappers with mu shu mix, and enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 6 servings (3 wrappers) +a little extra
