Introduction

Buffet Table

While guests are enjoying the second sample and conversations, excuse yourself to bring dinner to the buffet table.

1. Clear the Buffet Table.
2. Set dinner plates on the table.
3. Set out the food.

Dinner Table
Your Dinner Table was set earlier.
1. Fill water glasses.
2. Light the candles.
3. Set a bottle of the wine that goes with dinner on the table.

Preparation: Coffee & Dessert

While in the kitchen make sure your coffee service is ready.
1. Set coffee server, sugar bowl and creamer on their tray.
2. Place coffee cups, saucers and spoons on another tray.
3. Set the prepared trays on a counter in the kitchen next to the coffee pot.
4. Brew a fresh pot of coffee after the 3rd wine.
5. Fill the coffee server and bring the tray and the tray of cups to the table along with the dessert.
6. After the 4th or the last wine, serve dessert and coffee.
