Introduction

Made a delicious and easy salad for dinner! Oil free and healthy! Made a delicious and easy salad for dinner! Oil free and healthy!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 C cooked Quinoa (1 C dry)
    2 T chopped pecans
    1 T olive oil
    1 Red Onion chopped
    ! bunch basil chopped
    1/3 C lemon juice

Directions

While quinoa is cooking saute onion. Mix all chopped ingredients in a bowl!

Serving Size: 8 half-cup servings!
