Ingredients

    1 scoop "Jay Robb" whey protein powder
    1 cup almond milk - unsweetened
    1 cup sliced frozen peaches
    1 banana, sliced
    1/4 cup plain, low-fat yogurt

Directions

Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Makes 3 1-cup servings.

    Delicious! I didn't have quite a cup of sliced peaches. I used a fresh and ripe one w/ the skin on. I may have put in a bit much frozen banana. Used skim milk. I also added about 2/8 tsp of powdered stevia to sweeten more. Thank you for the recipe! :) Will make again! Delicious + thick! - 7/24/10
