Boosted Basilic & Cauliflower

Introduction

Take the TJ's Cauliflower & Romanesco Basilic with garlic butter and make it into a bigger serving with more veggies without the added salt! Take the TJ's Cauliflower & Romanesco Basilic with garlic butter and make it into a bigger serving with more veggies without the added salt!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 package of Trader Joe's Cauliflower & Romanesco Basilic with garlic butter
    1/2 package frozen broccoli
    1 cup sliced mushrooms (Crimini preferred)

Directions

Get a large saucepan. Toss in the whole bag of TJ Cauliflower & Romanesco Basilic and start heating. Once the frozen butter has melted a little bit, add the frozen broccoli and continue to heat and stir, stir, stir to coat everything. When it looks like everything has thoroughly defrosted, but before it's soggy, push the veggies to the outsides of the saucepan. Grab some mushrooms and place in the middle with some non-salt seasoning (like Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute). If desired, spray with olive oil first (not included in this recipe). Turn and toss the mushrooms only for a bit, then sautee all of it together to mix and keep from burning.

Serve immediately.
