2 tablespoons butter
2stalks celery, chopped
3 cups vegetable broth (kale water)
8 cups broccoli florets( I used frozen)
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups Silk Soy milk, vanilla flavored
Ground black pepper
Add broccoli and broth, cover and simmer 10!minutes.. Puree soup and return to heat.
In small saucepan, over medium- hea melt 3 tablespoons ofvbutter, stir in flour and add milk.
Stir until thick and bubbly, and add to soup. Season with pepper and serve.
(mine took quite a bit of black pepper)
Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup sevings
