Pumpkin Pie "Custard" Light

Introduction

This is a quick, no bake, fake custard to substitute that Pumpkin craving. Best of all you get a serving of veggies for dessert. This is a quick, no bake, fake custard to substitute that Pumpkin craving. Best of all you get a serving of veggies for dessert.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of Pure Pumpkin
    1 box Jello Sugar Free, Fat Free Butterscotch Pudding Mix (Dry do not add any milk.)
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make sure pudding mix is completely incorporated. (I use a clear bowl to make sure I have it all mixed in.) Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

You could serve with low-fat Cool Whip if desired.

Serving Size: Approx 4 3/4 cup servings.
